File types
We can print from most file types: .jpg, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .ai – we cannot print direct from Word, Publisher or Powerpoint but we can easily recreate those file types. The most important thing to remember is all graphics need to be 300dpi.
What resolution does the artwork need to be?
The resolution for your artwork needs to be set at 300dpi. If it’s anything less we cannot guarantee the quality of your finished print. All the imported graphic items contained within the design also need to be 300dpi resolution. IMPORTANT: Do not copy logos and images from websites as the resolution will be poor and they will not print very well.
Artwork
If you or your designer is going to supply artwork, we recommend setting up your file at 300dpi at no less than 10% and a maximum of 25% scale of the finished size, as our software will do an excellent job of blowing the image up. We can accept almost all file formats.
